We would like to inform you of scheduled maintenance on the Container Track and Trace production database for our Ocean services. This maintenance is necessary to ensure ongoing system stability, reliability, and performance for customers globally.
The maintenance is scheduled for May 13, 2026, and is expected to take approximately 2 hours.
During the maintenance window, legacy Ocean APIs (CTT API v1/v2) may be temporarily unavailable. Customers may encounter errors while performing actions such as:

Additionally, carrier updates may experience delays of up to 2 hours, as any polling cycles impacted during the maintenance period will resume during the next available interval.
