Dear Valued Customer,

We have identified an ongoing issue with Pitt Ohio's tracking system, affecting both PITD and POGL connections.

Customers may experience 5xx errors as the carrier's tracking system is currently temporarily unavailable and unable to process requests. This issue is ongoing and is impacting requests sent through both PITD and POGL connections.

We are actively collaborating with the carrier and will provide an update as soon as we receive more information.
