Dear Valued Customer,
We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance of our infrastructure for NA regions on Oct 11th. During the maintenance window, we expect less than 20m downtime, which can impact LTL tracking operations. Existing shipments will be shown on UI, but Api access will return error. Shipment creation will fail and, tracking/notifications will be delayed until the service is restored. Any shipments due to start tracking in that time will not start until and after the maintenance window. Please reach out to Project 44 support if you notice any issues during and after the maintenance window.
