Dear Valued Customer,
We will be performing scheduled maintenance to implement important database configuration changes for improved performance on our Legacy Ocean APIs platform, affecting our global user base. This maintenance is scheduled to occur on May 20th, 2026, for approximately 2 hours. During this window, APIs (cttapi v1/v2 including subscription creation, shipment GETs, CSV exports, and push acks) will be unavailable and may return errors until the database is restored. Please be aware that customers using these legacy ocean APIs will experience temporary service interruptions, and there may be up to 2 extra hours of delay on carrier update milestones as polling cycles resume following the outage. No other modes or regions are impacted.
