We have been informed by one of our LTL Carriers: Estes Express (EXLA) that they are facing an partial outage which impacts their LTL rating services where the service is timing out with no Rates being produced, or the response times are longer than normal. We are actively coordinating with EXLA on the same and shall keep you posted once more information becomes available.
