We would like to inform you of scheduled maintenance to our Ocean Insights API endpoints on November 17, 2026. This maintenance involves moving the following endpoints behind Cloudflare: capi.ocean-insights.com capi2.ocean-insights.com As part of this change, the IP addresses associated with these hostnames will change, while the hostnames and SSL certificates will remain the same.
Maintenance Schedule:
Maintenance Start: November 17, 2026, at 6:30 AM UTC Maintenance End: November 17, 2026, at 7:00 AM UTC
Customers accessing the APIs using the hostnames listed above will not be affected, and no action is required.
However, customers who have configured IP-based allowlisting in their firewalls or outbound traffic rules should update their configurations to use the hostnames before the maintenance window. Failure to do so may result in API connectivity issues.
