We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our eCommerce Logistics (Last Mile) Platform, during which we will migrate the SFTP endpoint (ftp.getconvey.com) to a new server as part of a security update. The hostname, usernames, passwords, and folder structure will all remain unchanged, and files uploaded will continue to land in the same location and be processed normally.

If you connect using the hostname (ftp.getconvey.com), no action is required on your end. However, during the maintenance window, there will be a brief interruption of approximately 1 to 3 minutes while the switch takes place. Any transfer in progress at that time will fail and will need to be retried once the connection is restored. We recommend avoiding large uploads or downloads during this window.
