Dear valued Customer,
We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance of the User services on 24th and 25th/26th of May 2023. Some tools might be temporarily non-operational (up 1 hour per each session). No data loss will occur.
How this affects you?
During the migration window in each environment, role and product assignment updates will be frozen causing the following actions to be prevented:
⦁ Creating new users. ⦁ Updating the roles assigned to a user.
When the maintenances are going to happen?
⦁ For European Customers: 24th of May, 3 PM CDT (10 PM CET). ⦁ For North American Customers: 25th of May, 6 PM CDT (26th of May, 1:00 AM CET).
