Upcoming Change: FedEx Freight (LTL) Services Migration

Dear Valued Customer,

Effective May 4, 2026, project44 will begin migrating all FedEx Freight LTL service connections to new FedEx Freight REST endpoints. Migration will be fully completed ahead of FedEx’s June 1, 2026 deadline.

Action Required:
No action is required for most customers. If adjustments are needed to your FedEx Freight account details, a FedEx representative may reach out to you directly.

Impact:
• Services impacted: Rating, Dispatch, Cancel Dispatch, Tracking and Imaging for FedEx Freight LTL.

• project44 will handle the migration using your existing account information already in your capacity provider account page/s.

• SOAP and REST connections have been running simultaneously with select beta customers over the past 4 weeks. We expect no downtime or service interruption.
