On the 29th of February (1.00 PM - 2:00 PM UTC) we will be upgrading our backend messaging system to implement preventive measures for the incident that happened on 2024-02-26 from occurring again.

There should be no noticeable customer impact as this update is transparent.
This maintenance will improve project44's customer experience and safety.
