We would like to inform you of scheduled maintenance to our POVM service that will impact our Global production environment on July 3, 2026. While no customer impact is expected during this maintenance window, customers may experience brief delays in file processing across supported transportation modes.

Start: July 3, 2026, 5:30 AM UTC
End: July 3, 2026, 7:30 AM UTC
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance services, we are performing maintenance to add a new index to the POVM transaction log database, improving overall database performance and efficiency. Since this work involves database table updates, file processing may be temporarily delayed during the maintenance window. No files will be lost, and all processing will resume automatically once the maintenance is complete.
This maintenance is expected to have no customer impact. However, we are providing this notification for informational purposes should any unexpected processing delays occur during the maintenance window.

Affected Transportation Modes: Truckload (TL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), Air, Ocean, and Parcel
