We are currently monitoring an issue affecting tracking data for some Truckload shipments in the EU Production environment. Some shipments tracked using License Plates may experience delays or temporary gaps in their tracking update.
The number of affected shipments is expected to be only a small fraction of the total truckload shipments.
Our Engineering team is actively monitoring the situation and working to ensure tracking data is restored and processed as expected. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
