Dear Valued Customer,

The issue related to LTL tracking services for North American customers has been resolved.

Please note that during our investigation we were able to identify that only the customer connected with the below mentioned carrier SCAC were affected during this issue.

SNWS
DAFG

We would request you to reinstate all the request which were initiated for the above mentioned carrier SCAC during the time window of
01:43 AM CST to 12:02 PM CST. This would help in moving any stuck requests. We really apologise for the trouble caused.
