Dear Valued Customer,
We will be performing scheduled maintenance and system upgrades on the Driver Tracking Service for our Truckload (TL) mode in the North America region. The maintenance is planned for February 16th, 2026 and will take place for approximately 15 minutes. During this time, we are conducting a database cleanup on internal tables which are not used in any customer-facing operations. Therefore, no downtime or impact to customer services is expected during this maintenance window.
