Dear Valued Customer,
We will be performing a scheduled database upgrade for the following services:
equipment-identifier-service, lifecycle-metadata-service, multi-modal-booking-service, orders-service, rating-data-pipeline, rating-service, sap-lbn-connector, and yms-reports. This maintenance will affect our global region and is scheduled to take place on January 31st, 2026 for approximately 4 hours.
During the maintenance window, temporary interruptions may occur to rating, orders and booking, asset management, SAP tracking initiation, updates (push and pull), and access to YMS reports across Yard Management System (YMS), Truckload (TL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), Ocean, Air, and Rail modes.
