Please be informed that project44's engineering team has completed internal testing and is ready to proceed with the scheduled upgrade to the major version of Java used by one of our key applications, Freighthub (which serves as the API Gateway for many requests).
This change has already been rolled out to the Sandbox (test environment) since the 2nd of February. A schedule for production environments looks as follows:
* Production EU: 15th of February, where initially 10% of the traffic will be directed to the upgraded version. * Production NA: 19th of February with the same 10% of traffic.
On the 26th of February, we will complete the rollout by directing 100% of the traffic to the upgraded version for all environments.
We would like to let you know that no action is needed from the customer’s side for this upgrade.

To ensure a smooth transition, we will be implementing the upgrade in a phased manner. We will start by rolling out the Sandbox on January 31st. During this phase, 50% of the traffic will be directed to the upgraded version. Our team will closely monitor any changes in behaviour during this period.
Following the Sandbox phase, the same upgrade will be implemented in Production NA and EU. This will commence on February 8th, where initially 10% of the traffic will be directed to the upgraded version. On February 19th, we will complete the rollout by directing 100% of the traffic to the upgraded version.
