Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you of a partial outage on FedEx Freight LTL services that are impacting p44 customers.

Customers using project44 for FedEx Freight LTL Rating or Dispatch may experience intermittent failures. Affected API requests may return a 503 Service Unavailable error from FedEx, indicating that their service is temporarily unavailable.

FedEx's team is actively diagnosing and monitoring the situation and p44 is in communication with FedEx as they work toward resolving the issue.

We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
