We will be undergoing a scheduled upgrade of a database used by the Visibility Operations Center (VOC) for the NA region on the 3rd of February 2024.
During the maintenance, customers should not see any performance degradation of the platform during the upgrade (the shared links created during this time might be temporarily affected and not usable).
