We would like to inform you that carrier OnTrac has informed us about a scheduled maintenance and planned outage on their infrastructure to implement network enhancements.
During this maintenance window, There will be outages to OnTrac's SFTP and AS2 communications (manifests/eFiles and status/event files). Outbound status updates may not be generated during this time, but the missed events will be included in the first file generated after their outage. Due to this the tracking updates on the Ecommerce Logistics platform might be delayed.
