Scheduled for May 5, 03:30 - 05:30 UTC

Scheduled

Dear Valued Customer,

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Container Track and Trace production database for our Ocean services, impacting customers globally. This maintenance is required to ensure continued system stability and performance.
The maintenance is scheduled for May 5th, 2026, and is expected to last approximately 2 hours.

During this window, APIs for legacy Ocean (CTT API v1/v2) may be unavailable. Customers may experience errors when performing actions such as creating subscriptions, retrieving shipments, exporting CSVs, or sending push acknowledgments until the maintenance is complete.
Additionally, there may be up to 2 hours of delay in carrier updates, as any polling cycles that miss the maintenance window will resume in the next available interval.

Maintenance Window:

Start: May 5th, 2026 – 03:30 AM UTC
End: May 5th, 2026 – 05:30 AM UTC

As an organisation, we are committed to providing reliable and high availability service to our customers. In case of any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to support@project44.com.
